Personality
Edward, or Eddie as he'd introduce himself, is a relatively cheerful person. Of course he has bad days, as even the best of us do, but generally speaking Eddie is happy. Making friends is always something he'd been good at, even if there was a stage in his life where he didn't want friends. Nowadays Eddie will speak to anyone, about anything, he's not shy. In fact Eddie will probably hug you before you've had chance to tell him your name, he's a touchy feely guy to say the least. If he likes your hair he will have his hands in it in ten seconds, no exaggeration.
Sometime's Eddie is very excitable and bouncy, eager to get things done. Other times he's very laid back and mellow. It really depends of the type of day he's having, and also how much coffee he's consumed. Boy, for a small guy he sure can drink his coffee.
Eddie's biggest flaw is his anger issues. Being angry isn't something he's always dealt with, it mostly came about around the same time his parents got divorced. The anger very, very rarely results in people getting hurt, he's gotten in fights before, but he's not a big enoguh guy to ever win them. Mostly Eddie will just scream and shout (and let it all out?), he'll kick walls and throw things, you know, general tantrum stuff. Playing guitar calms him down, as does loud music. Sometime's he does breathing exercises and counts to ten, but he feels like a mental patient when he has to resort to that sort of thing.
It's a little odd because even though Eddie is very happy and content on the outside, inside he's pretty unhappy. At the moment it's not something he's planning on revealing to anyone. It's almost as if he's two different people. There's the happy outside Eddie, and the almost suicidal inside Eddie. It's tough because all he wants is support, but he's nowhere near ready to tell anyone how he feels.
History
Edward grew up in Chicago, Illinois, though he doesn't consider that his home, not anymore. After his parents got divorced when he was thirteen years old, his mother moved him and his big sister Elizabeth to the small town of Orchard Way. There's not big dramatic reason as to why his parents separated, they were just unhappy. It got to the point where they'd argue about everything. One particular night Eddie overheard his parents arguing about his grades in school, his father saying they weren't goo enough, and his mother defending him. This argument lead young Eddie to believe that all their fights were about him. Eddie held full responsibility for the divorce, despite it not being his fault at all.
When they first arrived in Orchard Way Eddie hated it. The only friends he'd ever known were back in Chicago, and he felt certain he'd never see them again. The guilt that he felt from his parents divorce led him to self-harm, and just generally act out against any restraints he was given. At home he'd lock himself in his bedroom and not speak to anyone, not even his sister, whom he'd always been close with. At school he'd not speak to anyone, and skip most of his classes, preferring to hide out in the Orchards until school was over and he'd skulk home.
Over time his attitude gradually improved, thanks to getting heavily involved with music. It was on his fifteenth birthday that he received his first electric guitar and he's barely put it down since. The boy just had a knack for playing music, and everyone thought so. Through playing guitar he made a lot of friends, and things picked up a lot for him.
Physical Appearance
First off we should address Eddie's height, the guy barely reaches 5"5. It's a little embarrassing for him, as both his mother and sister are 5"8, he gets the short gene from his father who was only 5"4. Eddie used to get picked on for being so short, and the fact that he's scrawny never helped either. It made Eddie a prime subject to be stuffed in to lockers, or just pushed around in general. Still, Eddie always took comfort in the fact that he may not be tall, but this made him cute as a button. What with the adorable smile, and the dimples, what girl could resist him? Well ... A lot of them did, but, well ... Eddie didn't do bad in High School! All the emo chicks digged him, and his eyeliner.

Let's talk tattoos, Eddie has been collecting body art since before it was legal for him to do so. Let's just say Eddie has friends in high places ... Those high places being tattoo shops, and the occasional basement of a friend of a friend. We'll not go in to a description of all his tattoos, because that would take far too long, instead let's look at the high-lights. On his knuckles he has the word 'Halloween', because that's his favorite holiday, on the lower part of his knuckles he has the word 'Bookworm', because that's a nick-name his old friend Charlie gave him when they were little. Not because he loved books, but because once he was dared to eat three pages of a romantic novel, and he did it. On his lower stomach and wrapping around his waist he has the words 'Search and Destroy', and two swallows. This tattoo was a spur of the moment type thing and has no real meaning. On Eddie's left forearm he has a colour tattoo of the Virgin Mary, which in a way links back to his Catholic school roots, though now he wouldn't call himself religious
