Downtown Most of the businesses in Orchard Way are located downtown. With wide streets, plenty of crosswalks and parking, and well decorated shop fronts downtown is a pleasant place to spend your day. It's shops also happen to be some of the city's main gossip hubs. Whitmore Public High School Whitmore Public High School is the only high school in town. Don't fret though WHS is an okay school with excellent programs in football, math, and music. The several buildings on the campus range from one to three stories and are mostly made of stone. Winding between the buildings are open air hallways and a few grassy courtyards. The school also features an auditorium and the best football field in the county. |

Orchard Way Junior High School Orchard Way Junior High is the only middle school in town. It is located a few blocks away from Whitmore High School and is a much smaller facility. One two story brick building houses all of the classrooms and the cafeteria, the gym is located in a separate single story building. The school has no fields to speak of and no auditorium. The school uses the high school fields and auditorium when needed. There is a large courtyard in the back of the school, between the main building and the gym which has some picnic tables and benches. On nice days, students are permitted to eat lunch there. |

Whitmore Park Whitmore Park is Orchard Way's largest park. In the center of the park is a pond, and surrounding the pond are grassy slopping hills. There is a playground area to the north of the park. Around the south and east ends of the park are shady groves of trees, winding paths and benches. Sub-board: [Event] Founder's Day Fair |

The River The river starts somewhere far off in the mountains and ends somewhere far off, presumably in the ocean. On it's way however, it passes right through Orchard Way. It's blue green waters are a popular way to cool off in the height of the scorching summers here. Certain riverside access points have picnic tables and barbecues. Summer bonfires are also popular along the riverside. |

The Neighborhood The neighborhood is where most of the residents who live in town live. Most of the houses are about as old as the town, and have nice big yards. Sub-boards: 40 Walnut Street, 41 Walnut Street |

The Orchards The orchards that Orchard Way is named for surround the town on almost all sides. Owned and run all by locals they grow a wide variety of goods that are sent off and sold in many places, including the local supermarket and farmers market. When young lovers want to sneak off into the night and not be seen by the gossips of town they can usually be found somewhere out in the orchards. Sub-board: The Conley Home |
